 Designation: Customer Support Activation

Executive Location: Santacruz (Mumbai)

The company is a rapidly growing tech startup with a vision to develop all-round abilities in kids 0-6 years old, with just 5 minutes of daily, screen-free activities. The company is a category creator and a category leader in its industry with over 100,000K customers in 50+ countries. It runs the number 1 parenting app (Prodigy Baby) on the Playstore and has a deeply passionate and talented team of 35+ people. It was recently featured on Shark Tank India, and has subsequently bagged a round of venture capital from some of India’s top investors. Here we prioritize happiness, independence, productivity, and performance in everything that we do. We are now focused on our next round of growth and are looking to bring on board committed leaders across various functions.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to parents and make them register for webinars.
2. Assist parents in completing the registration process for the webinar.
3. Ensure parents understand the value and benefits of attending the webinar.
4. Follow up with registered parents to confirm their attendance.
5. Provide reminders and troubleshoot any issues preventing attendance, such as technical difficulties or scheduling conflicts.
6. Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls, adhering to meet Attendance targets.
7. Handle inquiries from parents in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Utilize international voice communication skills to engage effectively with parents across various regions.
9. Accurately log call details, outcomes, and s into the CRM system.
10. Collaborate with the webinar and support teams to resolve parent issues efficiently.
11. Provide suggestions for process improvement based on feedback from parents.
