Role Overview CYC Group is looking for a result-driven HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager who will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment and candidate engagement through telecalling. The role requires high energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to close positions quickly across multiple business verticals. Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer closure • Source candidates via job portals, social media, and references • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates • Coordinate with hiring managers Candidate Telecalling & Follow-ups • Conduct daily outbound calls for screening and scheduling • Convince candidates to attend interviews • Ensure strong follow-ups for conversion • Handle candidate queries professionally Interview Coordination • Schedule interviews (virtual & in-office) • Coordinate between candidates and internal teams • Track interview status Offer Management & Closure • Handle salary discussions and negotiation • Roll out offers and ensure joining follow-ups • Improve offer-to-joining ratio Recruitment MIS & Reporting • Maintain daily reports (calls, interviews, offers) • Track recruitment funnel performance Employer Branding & Database Management • Build candidate pipeline • Maintain structured database • Support recruitment strategy improvements Key Skills Required • Strong telecalling and persuasion skills • Excellent communication (Hindi & English; Bengali preferred) • Target-oriented mindset • Strong follow-up and negotiation ability • Basic HR and recruitment knowledge Preferred Candidate Profile • HR Executive: 1–3 years experience • Assistant HR Manager: 3–6 years experience • Background in recruitment / BPO / telecalling preferred • Experience in sales, travel, operations hiring is a plus KPIs (Performance Metrics) • Daily calls made • Interview-to-selection ratio • Offer-to-joining ratio • Time to close positions • Quality of hires
