Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
  • Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth joining process
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters (if applicable)
  • Ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and hiring targets
  • Team handling
