Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and accounts teams for order execution
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
  • Support in achieving sales targets and business growth
  • * Order processing & client coordination
    * Preparing and Analyzing Sales Data
    * Close coordination with internal teams
    * Sales support and order tracking

 

Graduate (any discipline)
3–5 years of relevant experience
Good communication & coordination skills
Strong proficiency in SAP (mandatory)
