Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to support the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school. The candidate will assist the Principal in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining discipline, and driving academic excellence. Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in managing day-to-day school operations
- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff
- Ensure implementation of academic plans and curriculum
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Monitor student performance and support improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
- Support in admissions and administrative processes
- Conduct teacher evaluations and training sessions
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in school administration/academic coordination
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Fluent English communication is mandatory
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE curriculum
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
