Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry. The candidate should have a strong track record of closing high-value residential deals and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers for residential projects
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sales support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven experience in closing high-ticket deals (₹1.5 Cr and above)
- Strong understanding of the real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Presentable and client-focused approach
Working Days:
- 6 Days Working
- Saturday & Sunday Mandatory Working
- Weekly off between Monday to Friday
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
