Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and achieving business targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct product presentations and test drives
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
  • Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for deal closures
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of automobile products and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience in automobile dealership or showroom sales preferred
