Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead with experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving performance to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
• Ensure smooth operations across sales/service/back-office functions
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve workflow and productivity
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Prepare reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of automobile industry processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in dealership/automobile company is an advantage
