Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned area
- Expand market reach and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key clients
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues
- Track inventory movement and stock availability in the market
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in apparel, FMCG, or retail sector)
- Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution network
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in garment/apparel industry
- Existing network of distributors/retailers
- Candidate based in or near Ghaziabad / NCR region
