Job Description:
Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Churchgate, Mumbai
Job Requirements:

Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.

Coordinate with AMC vendors and maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, and hardware inventory across locations.

Monitor local and cloud servers and ensure daily backups.

Handle software installation, licensing, renewals, and coordinate with vendors for technical support.

Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity to ensure network reliability.

Supervise security systems (CCTV, biometric) and manage user access to data and devices.

Administer cloud servers and email systems while ensuring compliance with IT policies and security practices.
