About the Role
We are looking for a Purchase Manager to handle procurement, vendor development, and negotiations. The role ensures timely supply, cost efficiency, and quality compliance to support smooth operations at our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Development & Negotiation

Identify and evaluate new suppliers.

Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Procurement Operations
-
Source finished pharma products, packaging, and services.

Ensure timely purchase order (PO) processing.
Quality & Compliance
-
Ensure suppliers meet the company’s quality standards.

Maintain purchase documentation for audits.
Inventory Coordination
-
Monitor stock levels and minimize dead stock.

Collaborate with stores, QC, and accounts for accuracy.
Cost Optimization
-
Drive cost-saving initiatives in procurement.

Suggest alternative vendors for better pricing.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy / Supply Chain / Procurement

2+ years of procurement experience (pharma/chemical preferred)

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and vendor management

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
