Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Optimization

• Analyze existing operational workflows and identify areas for automation and efficiency improvement.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

• Monitor operational performance and generate reports for management review.

2. AI & Automation Implementation

• Identify and deploy AI tools and automation systems to streamline business processes.

• Integrate AI-based solutions for tasks such as data analysis, reporting, customer communication, and documentation.

• Work with internal teams to adopt AI-driven solutions effectively.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Create dashboards and performance reports using data analytics tools.

4. System Management

• Manage and maintain digital systems used for operations such as ERP, CRM, inventory, and workflow management tools.

• Ensure proper system integration and smooth functioning across departments.

5. Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to align operational processes.

• Provide technical support and training to staff on new systems and AI tools.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and automation tools relevant to business operations.

• Recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
