Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations for one of the leading car dealers in Mumbai. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, taxation, and financial reporting. The role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with different branches when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain proper financial records.

• Manage GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash/bank transactions.

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally.

• Prepare MIS and financial reports using Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.

• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams when required.

• Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and documentation.

• Travel to different branches when required for accounts coordination and verification.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and financial accounting

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, reports)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Accounting / Finance role

• Prior experience in handling GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial statements

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: as per industry standard

• Incentives: Applicable after completion of 4 months

Working Days & Timing:

• Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)

• Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Additional Requirement:

• Candidate should be ready to travel to different branches if required.
