1) Corporate Sales - BDM   (Urgent Requirement)
No of Position : 01
Location : Hyderabad
Designation : Up to Manager
Work Experience : 2 Years Above (In Insurance Industry)
Salary Budget : 12LPA 
Requirement : We are looking out candidate for Corporate Sales Direct Side and candidate must have Non EB Products Knowledge 
Like : Fire Insurance, Marine Insurance, Property Insurance, & Engineering Products & Candidate also have the corporate clients database  
It's an Individual Role 
 
Please note : For Hyderabad Location we don't have any branch office yet, we have co working space / we work  kind of set up 
* Defining various product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities from the point of view of customer ,end users & stakeholders. Developing project plans, , establishing deadlines, monitoring milestones.     
* Business Development for the all Insurance Product Line of business
(Identification of Client , Appointment , Client Pitch , Provide timely & Competitive Quotes, proposal to client and deal closure) 
* Ensuring that the book size of the Branch / region is growing and year to year targets are set and met
* Responsible for strategy and planning to increase our product business (All Lines)
* Responsible to ensure that targets are set with the team and the same is tracked.
* Support the Team where need be and ensure seamless client service delivery
* Relationship Management with Clients & Insurance Companies
* Work closely with other business lines and encourage cross sales 
* Building new Corporate relationships and managing the existing ones.
* Structuring Insurance solutions for corporates 
* Presentation of Policy Coverages and risk factors to corporate and senior management
* Relationship with Insurance companies at various levels and working with them for Quote Generation , Coverage negotiation and Claims followups 
* Taking steps to achieve zero complaints through root cause analysis of daily logs    
*Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts
* Heading the team members to maintain excellence in problem-solving; identifying the training & development needs for Support Team and organizing programmes
Knowledge & Skills Required
* Sound knowledge of  Insurance Products 
* Team Management Skills
* Strong Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
* Strong Presentation Skills
* Ability to effectively interact and convince a customer to listen (Even team members & peers)
* Experience in managing multiple stakeholders will be preferred
