Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sr. Executive – Inside Sales (Diagnostics) to drive revenue growth through tele-sales and client relationship management within the diagnostics segment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare/diagnostics sales and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and close sales through tele-calling and virtual engagement.

  • Promote diagnostic services/products to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.

  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending conversions.

  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client data.

  • Coordinate with operations and field teams for smooth order processing.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in diagnostics/healthcare.

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

    • Good understanding of diagnostic services or lab processes.

    • Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
