Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential retailers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers

  • Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers

  • Promote company products and explain features, prices, and benefits

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

  • Collect orders, follow up for dispatch, and ensure timely payments

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends

  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager

  • Participate in promotional activities and exhibitions

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction
