Job Description:
Company is a next-generation clean energy company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, operating at the forefront of India’s green hydrogen, renewable energy and advanced energy storage transition. With full-stack capabilities spanning electrolyser manufacturing,

The Senior Process Engineer role is critical to delivering safe, efficient, and compliant process designs across EPC and green energy projects.
Designation of Hiring, Location & Mode of Working
• Designation: Senior Process Engineer
• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (Office & Project Sites)
• Mode of Working: Office-based with site visits, FAT and commissioning support as per project requirements
Educational Qualification & Criteria
• Must: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent • Preferred: PGDM in Process Engineering
Experience • 5–6 years of relevant Process Engineering experience in EPC / Speciality Chemical / Green Hydrogen / Green Ammonia Projects.
• Experience in Process Design, package engineering, vendor coordination and commissioning support.
• Exposure to Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, Alkaline Electrolyser-based systems or similar process plants is highly desirable.
Professional & Personal Abilities
• Strong fundamentals in chemical and process engineering
• Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently handle process packages and deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and vendor interactions
• Capability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet project timelines
• Willingness to mentor junior engineers and support team development
Key Job Responsibilities
• Preparation, review and ownership of process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, Plant layout, Heat & material balance, Utility Calculation, process datasheets, line list, valve list, equipment list & speciality item list.
• Development of process descriptions, control philosophy and O&M manuals, Cause and Effect Diagram & Alarm and Trip Sheet.
• Process calculations such as pressure drop, hydraulic calculations, line sizing and valve sizing
• Sizing and selection of: Pumps, Pressure vessel, , shell & tube heat exchangers (STHE), 2-phase separators, PSA/TSA systems (dryers / towers), control valves (CV), pressure safety valves (PSV), Absorbers, Adsorbers, Compressor & Storage tank.
• Package engineering, vendor technical evaluation and review of vendor drawings and documents.
• Participation in process safety studies such as HAZOP, PHA and safety reviews.
• Providing process inputs for 3D model development and reviewing fabrication drawing, piping and GA drawings.
• Interdisciplinary coordination with mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil and project teams.
• FAT participation, commissioning support and troubleshooting during pre-commissioning and startup.
• Proposal and tender support including BOQ preparation, technical write-ups, bid evaluation and proof-reading
• Active participation in client meetings, design reviews of skids including Balance of Plant (BOP) and Balance of Stack (BOS), and technical discussions covering feasibility studies, conceptual design, detailed engineering through commissioning.
Soft Skills / Software’s skills Needed
• Software: Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus / UNISIM, Aspen Adsorption, Aspen EDR/ HTRI, AutoCAD, and MS Office Tools. Soft Skills: Client communication, technical documentation, teamwork, planning and coordination
