Back Office Assistant

Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Assistant  to support daily administrative and data management tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, data entry, report preparation, and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Entry

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Excel and Google Sheets

• Update and manage databases regularly

• Ensure data accuracy and proper formatting of reports

Advanced Excel Handling

• Use Excel formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF

• Perform sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis

• Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking daily operations

• Prepare MIS reports and basic analytical reports

Reporting & Documentation

• Create basic reports, tables, and summaries as per management requirements

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records

• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in back office / data entry role

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel

• Hands-on experience with formulas (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF)

• Good knowledge of sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis

• Experience working with Google Sheets

• Good typing speed and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of MIS reporting

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
