Job Summary:
The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, driving sales, handling customers, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for tiles and ceramic products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for tiles and ceramic products

Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements (residential, commercial, projects)

Provide product knowledge, design suggestions, and pricing options

Generate leads and follow up with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals
Showroom Operations

Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of tiles and samples

Manage stock availability, inward/outward movement, and coordination with warehouse

Maintain accurate sales records, billing, and documentation

Ensure showroom SOPs are followed
Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate showroom sales executives

Allocate daily targets and monitor team performance

Conduct regular product and sales training for staff
