Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support

  • Assist sales representatives with daily tasks

  • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations

  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries

2. Customer Communication

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or chat

  • Answer product or service questions

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients

3. Order Management

  • Process customer orders accurately

  • Coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams

  • Track order status and ensure on-time delivery

4. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain customer and sales records in CRM systems

  • Update sales reports and forecasts

  • Track performance metrics and sales targets

5. Coordination & Administration

  • Schedule meetings and calls for the sales team

  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams

  • Handle documentation, contracts, and invoices

6. Problem Solving

  • Resolve customer complaints or order issues

  • Communicate solutions quickly and professionally

  • Escalate issues when necessary
