Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support

Assist sales representatives with daily tasks

Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations

Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
2. Customer Communication

Contact customers via phone, email, or chat

Answer product or service questions

Maintain positive relationships with clients
3. Order Management

Process customer orders accurately

Coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams

Track order status and ensure on-time delivery
4. Data & Reporting

Maintain customer and sales records in CRM systems

Update sales reports and forecasts

Track performance metrics and sales targets
5. Coordination & Administration

Schedule meetings and calls for the sales team

Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams

Handle documentation, contracts, and invoices
6. Problem Solving

Resolve customer complaints or order issues

Communicate solutions quickly and professionally

Escalate issues when necessary
