Real Estate Sourcing Executive / Channel Partner Manager
Position: Real Estate Sourcing Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience Required: 2-5 years in real estate sales, channel management, or broker network development

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sourcing Executive to join our sales team. The primary focus of this role is to source, onboard, and manage Channel Partners (CPs) – real estate brokers, agents, and intermediaries – to generate high-quality leads and drive property sales for our premium residential projects (e.g., luxury apartments in Navi Mumbai). You will act as the key liaison between the company and external partners, building strong networks to maximize walk-ins, site visits, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source new Channel Partners (brokers, agents, and real estate firms) through networking, cold calling, market research, and events.
  • Meet Channel Partners regularly (field visits, office meetings) to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Onboard new CPs by explaining project details, incentives, commissions, and partnership benefits.
  • Promote ongoing and upcoming projects (e.g., ultra-luxury 2/3/4 BHK apartments with sea views and premium amenities) to CPs.
  • Train and update Channel Partners on product features, pricing, inventory, launches, and market trends.
  • Organize CP meets, site visits, and events during project launches to boost engagement.
  • Generate and track leads from Channel Partners, monitor walk-ins, conversions, and sales performance.
  • Maintain MIS reports on CP activities, lead pipeline, deals closed, and revenue generated.
  • Resolve queries from CPs promptly and ensure smooth collaboration for lead follow-up and closures.
  • Explore new avenues to expand the CP network and achieve sales targets through indirect channels.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate channel sales, broker management, B2B sales, or lead generation (experience in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai real estate market is a plus).
  • Proven track record of building and managing broker/channel partner networks.
  • Strong existing network of real estate brokers/agents in Mumbai MMR region is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and travel for meetings/site visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic real estate software.
  • Knowledge of RERA regulations, property market trends, and residential projects in Navi Mumbai.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
