Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Data Operations
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Data Governance and Quality Assurance • CRM Management: Own the accuracy and hygiene of our HubSpot CRM by executing data quality practices, including deduplication, standardization, and continuous auditing of all records. • Data Structure Enforcement: Proactively govern the use of fields and tags for all records to maintain data consistency. • Data Enrichment: Utilize sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to enrich prospective records with validated contact details. Performance Expectations • Maintain data governance standards and actively prepare data sets that facilitate accurate weekly and monthly sales reporting to leadership. • Manage and continuously refresh the prospect database, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment with current sales initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications Essential • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development (SDR), or Sales Operations, with a proven ability and strong aptitude for complex data management and system hygiene. • Market Focus: Prior experience handling U.S. market prospect data is essential. EMEA is a plus. • Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for data management, alongside handson experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, and expert use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Analytical Skills: Competence with Excel • Operational Precision: Ability to handle high-volume, precision-critical data work with strong documentation habits and minimal supervision. • Process Discipline: Experience in environments where accuracy, verification, and consistency are operational priorities. Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus) • Bachelor’s and/or MBA preferred.
