Job Purpose: 1. To organize and coordinate the factory finance and accounting

 

affairs

2. To determine the actual process cost of all the operation ,Costing

Analysis etc.

 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: . 1. Proper handling of all finance and accounting tasks (e.g. accounts

payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, bank

accounting and assets accounting) including all relevant tax returns

2. Preparation of monthly management reports and annual financial

statements according to the local regulations as well as Alpla group

requirements

3. Budget Preparation

4. Material Reconciliation.

5. Account analysis and reconciliation of all Balance Sheet and P&L

accounts

6. Handling Statutory Compliance.i.e Sale Tax, TDS, Service Tax etc.

7. Analysis of TDS Accounts and TDS Payments

8. Monitoring provisions for expenses, prepayments, advances.

9. Oversee transactions related to exports and imports and lines of

credit.

10. Design and implement systems, policies and procedures to

facilitate effective internal financial control to maintain all norms

within limits

11. Assist in statutory and tax audits including liaising with internal &

statutory auditors for conducting audits in compliance to the tax laws

and ensuring the timely payment & filing of returns.

12. Process and product costing involving finding cost elements

associated with each process, Product and validating it at regular

intervals

13. Other duties assigned by management.
