Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the assigned region
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, references, and market research
- Promote and sell construction equipment by understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable solutions
- Conduct site visits and provide application-based demonstrations to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Coordinate with internal teams (service, spares, finance) to ensure smooth sales and after-sales support
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle, including enquiry generation, quotation, negotiation, and order closure
- Ensure timely documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings and site visits
