Job Description: HMC (Horizontal Machining Centre) Operator

Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist)
Experience: 2–5 years

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up HMC machine.

• Load programs, tools, and fixtures.

• Read and follow engineering drawings.

• Perform machining operations like milling, drilling, tapping, etc.

• Inspect finished parts with measuring instruments.

• Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance.

• Follow all safety rules.

Skills:

• Knowledge of HMC operation (CNC).

• Ability to read mechanical drawings.

• Understanding of tools, speeds, and feeds.

• Accuracy, quality checking, and attention to detail.
