Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and hands-on professional who can design static posts and videos, manage end-to-end social media platforms, and support branding, content optimisation, and campaign execution. The candidate should be strong in visual storytelling, content planning, and performance-based improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Handle and grow social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (and others if required).
- Plan and schedule posts (monthly calendar), ensure consistency in posting and communication.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and optimise content strategies.
- Respond to comments/messages professionally and maintain brand voice.
Creative Design (Static + Video)
- Create high-quality static creatives: posters, banners, carousels, infographics, templates.
- Create/edit video content: reels, short videos, event recaps, product/service explainers, motion posts.
- Ensure designs follow brand colours, fonts, and visual standards.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms.
Branding & Visual Identity
- Support brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Assist in updating/maintaining brand guidelines (logos, fonts, templates).
- Design standard templates for presentations, proposals and marketing collaterals.
Content Optimisation & Copy Support
- Work with the marketing team to improve content quality, format, and performance.
- Basic understanding of content writing, hashtags, post structure, hooks, CTAs.
- Optimise captions and post formats based on engagement data and platform trends.
Campaign Support (Paid + Organic)
- Support and coordinate paid campaigns: LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads / Meta Ads (basic execution and creative support).
- Assist in campaign creatives, audience content variations, and A/B testing formats.
- Track campaign performance and improve creatives for better results.
Website & Digital Support (Added Advantage)
- Basic website updates: banners, post uploads, news/updates (preferred).
- Work closely with internal teams to gather project updates, achievements, and content requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong skills in Canva + Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
- Video editing tools: Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / VN / InShot.
- Social media tools: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite (optional).
- Basic understanding of branding, content optimisation, campaigns, SEO keywords.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design / Visual Communication / Digital Media / Marketing or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media + creative design (preferably B2B).
- Must have a portfolio showing static creatives + video work.
