Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage shop-floor production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Monitor and control shift performance, manpower deployment, and production targets.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and process compliance.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to minimize downtime.

• Utilize Biren level and Convertex system knowledge for process optimization and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

• 5–8 years of experience in shop-floor production and shift management.

• Strong knowledge of Convertex systems and Biren level operations preferred.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
