Job Description:

* Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers in the assigned region.
* Conduct regular market visits to understand trade dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
2. Sales & Order Management
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Collect and process orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
* Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order dispatch and stock availability.

4. Relationship & Feedback Management
* Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners.
* Collect regular feedback from the market regarding product performance, design trends, and pricing.
* Share structured market reports with the Regional Head weekly.
