About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into customers. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media.

Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to prospective clients.

Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.

Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Generate and share daily/weekly sales performance reports.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
