Experience: 15+ years in HR, preferably retired professional from a Big 4 or reputed consulting firm


Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned HR Consultant with strong expertise in Performance Management Systems to help define, structure, and finalize Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across various departments. The consultant will work closely with management and department heads to align employee goals with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review current job descriptions and organizational goals to design relevant KRAs and KPIs.

  • Conduct discussions with department heads to understand role expectations and performance metrics.

  • Develop measurable, realistic, and role-specific performance indicators.

  • Standardize and document the KRA/KPI framework for all functions.

  • Recommend best practices in performance management and goal setting.

  • Assist in creating templates, rating scales, and appraisal formats.

  • Provide guidance to HR and leadership on implementation and review mechanisms.
