JOB DESCRIPTION & JOB SPEIFICATION

Designation: - Business Development Executive
Job Location: Hyderabad and Full Telangana
Chennai and Full Tamilnadu
Kolkata and West bengal


Primary Responsibilities: - We are seeking an experienced Field Person to join
our team. This role involves traveling to various places and Understanding customer
Requirement. Provide adequate guidance to customers. Talk to the customer directly
and Provide product information. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat
sales.

Reporting to:- Sales manager /Director Position reporting into this role: - ----
Required Skills: - Language Knowledge, MS Office, Email, Communication Skill
Power, Prospecting, Active Listening, Presentation Skills, Territory management, Time
Management Knowledge Engineering Event, Basic Computer knowledge , Mobile
knowledge , Negotiation and etc.


▪ Job descriptions
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in out-of-state markets.
2. Visit Existing inquiry customer to identify and understand his need
3. Demonstrating/presenting products like EOT Crane, Busbar, Thruster brakes, Limit
switches etc. to the customer in and out-of-state around Market.

4. Generate leads and inquiries also take follow ups of the leads provided from Top
Management and Pursue new/existing clients through calling /meetings etc.
5. Strong communications and reporting with backed team on a daily, Weekly &
monthly basis as per management expectation.
6. Motivating the existing customer to increase his credit bandwidth.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
8. Be available for extensive travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
10. Produce Expense and revenue reports monthly and quarterly & find new
business opportunities and customers.

Educational Qualification: - Diploma/ (BE. Mechanical)/ITI etc.


Work Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Engineering product Field
sales.
Salary: - Depends on Interview. 
Additional – 1) Candidate should have Bike along with required documents like license
and all
2) Must Have Laptop /PC
