Job Description:

 2 Accountants—one for the office and one for the factory.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and a strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliances. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the finance team in budgeting and audit processes.

 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, and ESI compliances and filings.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis as required.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and statutory authorities as needed.
- Ensure timely closing of books and adherence to accounting standards.

 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/SAP/other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliances.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of GST returns and e-filing.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
