Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative design for Little Italy and
AACASA. The role requires someone with a strong design aesthetic, creative thinking, and
brand storytelling ability, who can create high-quality visual content across digital, print,
and on-ground platforms. You will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of the
brands and ensuring consistent, impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities
 Creative Design & Branding
o Develop brand-aligned creatives for social media, website, campaigns,
menus, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
o Ensure consistent design language across both brands.
 Campaign & Content Design
o Collaborate with the marketing team to design creatives for campaigns, events,
activations, and pop-ups.
o Design engaging visuals for digital ads (Google, Meta) and influencer
campaigns.

 Print & Vendor Coordination
o Create print-ready designs for brochures, menus, posters, and signage.
o Coordinate with vendors for printing and ensure quality output.
 Video & Multimedia Support
o Work closely with the videographer and content team to create graphics,
layouts, and animation support for videos.
o Design motion graphics/animated elements when required.
 Leadership & Collaboration
o Mentor and guide junior designers (if applicable).
o Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, Social Media Executive,
Brand Marketing Executive, and Content Writer.
o Provide design direction and maintain a brand style guide.

 Trend Awareness
o Stay updated with design, digital, and lifestyle trends to keep brand visuals
fresh and modern.

Requirements
 5–7 years of proven experience in graphic design for F&B, lifestyle, retail, or
digital-first brands.
 Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise across digital and print.
 Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;
Figma/Canva).
 Exposure to motion graphics/video editing tools is a plus.
 Strong eye for detail, typography, and color aesthetics.
 Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Note: Final selection will be based on the completion of a design assignment.
