Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and distributors.

  • Ensure regular visits to healthcare professionals to promote company products and generate prescriptions.

  • Monitor competitor activities, product performance, and market trends in the territory.

  • Ensure product availability and proper distribution through stockiest/chemists.

  • Conduct CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and new product launches.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and territory analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and product portfolio.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make territory-wise sales strategies.

  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Good planning, time management, and organizational ability.

Compensation:

  • Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives + Allowances
