Investor Relations Manager

Job Description:

Present Role – Investor Relations Manager-Main Board and SME IPOs and Wealth Management.
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Experience: 3 to 5 years 
Salary Range: 6 to 10 LPA
Male candidate preferred

Reporting to –Director
Company Brief: We are SEBI Registered CAT-1 Merchant Bankers and have diversified in
financial advisory services like Debt Syndication, Wealth Management, Financial Valuations, Fixed Assets Valuations. We are nearly three-decade old company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain relationships with wealth management firms and intermediaries for investment in the Main Board and SME IPOs and Wealth products.
2. Establish and maintain relationship with Ultra HNI, HNI, Family offices and corporate offices for investment in the Main Board and SME IPOs and Wealth products.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with wealth management firms and intermediariesfor investment in the Main Board and SME IPOs and Wealth products.
4. Presenting various reports to the investors, potential investors and intermediaries
5. Communicating with investors for Subscriptions.
6. Participate in road shows, webinars, and client events to drive brand visibility and investor interest.
7. Any other related ancillary work.

Qualifications:
· Minimum Exp of 2 years in related field.
· Relationship and maintaining a rapport with Wealth Management firms, family offices, Ultra HNI, HNI, intermediaries.
· Proficient in relationship management, follow up, networking.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
