Drive business development and client acquisition
Manage company’s real estate portfolio in India
Build strong partnerships with clients, government, and global stakeholders
Ensure financial performance, compliance, and sustainable growth
Represent the company in industry events and international forums
Lead and mentor senior leadership team
Requirements
10 years of leadership experience (real estate/architecture/construction preferred)
Strong business development and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record in strategic leadership and financial management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
