Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of mutual fund products including ideation, design, regulatory approvals, launch, and performance tracking.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and investor behavior analysis to identify product gaps and innovation opportunities.
Ensure product alignment with investment philosophy, regulatory requirements, and investor suitability norms.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve AUM targets across retail, HNI, institutional, and digital channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners like banks, IFAs, national distributors, and digital platforms.
Manage cross-functional teams and distribution networks effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in mutual fund/asset management with success in both product and sales roles.
Strong knowledge of SEBI guidelines, investor risk profiling, and product suitability frameworks.
Proven leadership capabilities.
