Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the sales team in daily operations
  • Allocate leads and daily tasks to Sales Executives via CRM & Enquiry Register
  • Assist in closing deals and support in pricing/negotiations
  • Finalize sales orders and coordinate delivery (ensure Sales Rep is mentioned in OA)
  • Follow up on quotations and track all active enquiries
  • Print and file weekly Enquiry Register reports
  • Assign new leads every Saturday using CRM
  • Maintain and update weekly task list with next follow-up dates
  • Close cold quotations after 3 months of inactivity
  • Call and follow up on outstanding payments (Debtors List)

Must own a two-wheeler with valid license and documents
