Job Description:

A dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in AWS Managed Services, primarily
serving the SMB market but eager to scale into larger enterprise transformations. We’re
seeking an accomplished and goal-driven Zonal Sales Manager to drive regional
growth, build strategic customer relationships, and lead our regional sales team in
delivering high CSAT, new customer acquisition, and business expansion across the
region.

Key Responsibilities:
Regional Sales Ownership: Own and achieve zonal sales targets, taking
accountability for revenue, customer acquisition , and CSAT for the assigned
region.
o Align closely with OEM Sales team
o Generate Funnel
o Track all regional opportunity and drive towards closure
o Accelerate programs which are launched from time to time
o New Logo acquisition
o Retain all current customer and Increase wallet share
o Maintain healthy bottom-line
o Own strategic accounts end to end

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team,
driving engagement, accountability, and success in a customer-focused
environment.
o Own Team numbers
o Track and mentor team
o Drive team number and help achieve goals

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Ensure high customer satisfaction, promoting
service adoption, value delivery, and relationship building to enhance overall
customer experiences.
o Be the customer Voice
o Identify issues proactively and engage
o Drive CSAT from Customer inside the various teams
o Engage all stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction

New Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and acquire new customers,
especially in the enterprise and transformational services sector, to expand the
company’s customer base.

Regional OEM engagement
o Work closely with strategic OEM ( like AWS) and align with their team
o Work proactively to have great relationship with them
o Work on meeting goals defined by OEM
o Align and exchange numbers for reciprocal success

Market Expansion Strategy: Develop strategies to scale services to larger
enterprise customers, moving beyond SMB clients while maintaining a strong
focus on AWS Reselling and Managed Services.

Customer Engagement & Retention: Foster strong, strategic relationships with
existing customers, maximizing opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-
selling of additional services.

Reporting & Analysis: Track regional performance metrics, providing regular
progress reports and insights to leadership on achievements, challenges, and
regional market trends.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, support, marketing)
to ensure seamless service delivery and to develop regional strategies for
growth.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 10+ years in a sales or business development role in IT, cloud
services, managed services, or similar domains, with a track record of driving
regional sales and customer satisfaction.

 Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS services(ideally), cloud solutions, and
managed services, with a keen understanding of the needs and opportunities
within the SMB and enterprise markets.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading a regional sales team, with
strong people management skills, strategic thinking, and an ability to motivate
teams to meet and exceed targets.
Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive high CSAT scores through
customer-focused sales approaches and effective customer engagement
strategies.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze regional performance metrics, draw
insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance and customer
satisfaction.

Key Metrics for Success:
 Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth within the zone.
 Team performance and productivity.
 Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
 Effective market penetration and brand visibility.
