Role Overview:

As the sole marketer at company, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ideation, planning, and execution of all marketing activities. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to get things done, and can wear multiple hats—from strategy to execution—this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning

    • Create and manage a monthly/quarterly marketing planner aligned with business goals.

    • Ideate marketing campaigns that resonate with our B2B audience.

  • Content Creation & Execution

    • Write compelling content for social media, website, blogs, emailers, and more.

    • Own the publishing calendar and ensure consistent execution.

  • Cross-functional Coordination

    • Work with our design team to get visual assets created.

    • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and approvals.

  • Platform Management

    • Handle end-to-end posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

    • Keep our website content updated and SEO-optimized.

    • Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools to implement content updates.

  • Performance Tracking

    • Track campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.

    • Stay on top of marketing trends and competitors.


Who You Are:

  • A self-starter with a bias for action – you don’t wait for instructions, you create opportunities.

  • Street-smart and resourceful – you can find solutions even with limited resources.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing basics – from content to SEO.

  • Excellent communicator – both in writing and verbally.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and wearing multiple hats.

  • Proficient in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, basic SEO tools, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).


Good to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)

  • Prior experience in a startup or solo marketing role.

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or loyalty tech space.
