Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting and compliance operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Tally, GST filing, TDS compliance, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions

• Ensure timely TDS deductions, deposits, and return filing

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Perform monthly reconciliation of GST and TDS

• Maintain bank reconciliations and update cash flow reports

• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically

• Manage and maintain general ledger and accounting records

• Assist in preparing financial reports as needed

• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST regulations, and filing procedures

• Experience with bank reconciliation and accounting software (e.g., Tally)

• Good understanding of general accounting principles

• Attention to detail and good numerical accuracy

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic IT tools

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

• Candidates residing in or near Howrah (Jalan)
