Location: Sion, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Wednesday-Friday 10.30am-7.00pm, Tuesday- Thursday 9.00am-5.30pm, Saturday 10.00am-5.30pm
Experience: 2+ years in healthcare/pharma/dental sales preferred
About the Role: We are seeking a driven and compassionate Healthcare Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating patients and promoting advanced healthcare solutions, such as orthotics, sleep apnea, snoring and other therapeutic treatments. You will work closely with clinicians and patients to build trust, explain the value of our offerings, and guide individuals toward better health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with patients to explain the benefits and value of customized medical solutions
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, practitioners, and referral sources
● Identify patient needs and align them with the appropriate clinical treatments
● Manage the end-to-end sales process, from consultation to conversion
● Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience
● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and patient interactions
● Educate patients on financing and payment plan options
Qualifications:
● Preferable Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, marketing, or related field
● Proven experience in medical/healthcare/pharma sales (2+ years preferred)
● Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English and Hindi, Ability to communicate with international clientele
● Ability to understand and explain clinical products or treatments in layman’s terms
● Empathetic, ethical, and patient-centered mindset
● Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools a plus
