Job Description:

Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer
Location: India
Budget: Negotiable, open for discussion as per expertise and talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Business Development:
 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for  Indian projects.
 Identify and engage with potential clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert leads
into sales.
 Understand client requirements (Real Estate companies, Infrastructure development
companies, Oil and Gas companies, Government entities etc) and offer tailored technical
solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
 Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure customer
satisfaction.
 Be the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical sales inquiries.
Technical Expertise and Support:
 Provide clients with technical expertise and recommendations on products and services.
 Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, technical documentation, and
presentations.
 Conduct case study discussions for clients.
Market Research and Analysis:
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the Indian market.
 Identify opportunities for new products, services, or market segments.
Reporting and Coordination:
 Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
 Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project
execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
 Minimum of 5 years in technical sales, preferably in the geotechnical or civil engineering
industry.
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Indian projects.

Technical Knowledge:
 Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and products.
 Familiarity with industry standards and project requirements in India.
Communication Skills:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
 Ability to present technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
Personal Attributes:
 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
 Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
 Willingness to travel within India as needed.
Preferred Candidate:
 Experience in handling technical sales for large-scale infrastructure or geotechnical projects.
 Existing network of clients and stakeholders in the Indian market.
 Knowledge of  products and services is a plus.
