Job Title: International Marketing Manager – Transmission Line Hardware
Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)
Industry: Transmission Line Hardware / Tower / Conductor / Insulator
Experience: 5–6 years in international marketing
Job Purpose
To lead and execute international market development strategies for transmission line hardware, focusing on market penetration, brand visibility, and strategic partnerships in targeted global regions such as East Africa (Tanzania, Ghana, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Operational:

Lead and implement international marketing strategies with a focus on East African markets.

Adapt and localize marketing content for different geographical regions to suit cultural and linguistic nuances.

Manage website localization, ensuring multilingual support and SEO optimization for international audiences.

Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email, and paid advertising across global platforms.

Measure and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics (KPIs); prepare analytical reports and continuously optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with product and technical teams to align offerings with the unique needs of international customers.

Identify, appoint, and manage relationships with foreign distributors, agents, and marketing partners.
Internal Interfaces:

Sales Team: Align sales goals with international marketing efforts.

Product Development & Engineering Team: Translate product capabilities into compelling international messaging.

Finance & Commercial Team: Coordinate on pricing, budgeting, and documentation.

Digital & IT Team: Ensure technical readiness for CRM integration, website localization, and marketing tools.

Senior Management: Regular performance reporting and alignment with strategic direction.
External Interfaces:

Distributors / Agents / Clients: Drive business growth, support sales, and ensure market feedback loop.

International Marketing Agencies: Lead creative development and campaign execution.

Trade Forums / Industry Associations: Represent the brand for networking, insights, and exposure.

Regulatory Bodies: Ensure compliance with certification and import regulations in target markets.
Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related fields (mandatory).

MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
Experience:

5–6 years of proven experience in marketing, particularly in international markets.

Relevant industry experience in transmission line hardware, towers, conductors, or insulators is a must.
Functional Skills:

International market research & market entry strategies.

Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media marketing).

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Experience in website localization and translation workflows.
