Hiring for Site Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of solar PV installations (Rooftop and Ground-mounted). The role involves managing construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per design and schedule

• Coordinate with EPC, electrical, and civil teams for smooth workflow

• Inspect installation of modules, inverters, structures, cabling, and other components

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards

• Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and checklists

• Assist in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

• 1–3 years of experience in ground mounted preferred

• Knowledge of PV systems, electrical connections, and construction practices

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Willingness to travel and stay at project sites
