Job Description:

Project Folder Setup: You will be responsible for initiating and organizing project folders in accordance with company's  documentation standards. • Dossier Compilation (in collaboration with the Database Team): You will work closely with the Database (DB) team to compile project dossiers. This involves gathering, organizing, and validating data from various sources to create comprehensive research packages that support client decision-making and internal analysis. • Source Identification and Contacting: You will identify and shortlist potential sources—such as industry experts, professionals, and stakeholders—who are relevant to the project objectives. This includes conducting background research, verifying credentials, and initiating contact to onboard sources for interviews or data collection. • Outreach Communication: You will draft customized outreach emails that are professional, clear, and aligned with project goals. These communications should effectively engage

potential sources, explain the purpose of the outreach, and encourage participation while maintaining compliance with company standards. • Interview Logging and Data Entry: You will be responsible for accurately logging all project interviews into the company’s database. This includes recording interview details, source information, status updates, and any relevant notes.
