Reports to: Regional Business Head - South

An Area Sales Manager (ASM) plays a crucial role in driving sales, expanding market reach, and

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Market Expansion
Identify and target potential markets and customer segments.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
Build a robust pipeline of leads to achieve business goals.
2. Revenue Target Achievement
Drive sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Forecast and report sales performance metrics to management.
3. BTL Activity Management
Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities in collaboration with business
partners.
Analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and recommend improvements.
Ensure alignment of BTL initiatives with overall sales strategies.
4. Dealer and Channel Sales Development
Provide ongoing support and training to dealers to enhance sales performance.
Resolve dealer issues and maintain long-term relationships.
5. Network Development and Dealer Management
Expand and optimize the dealer network for maximum market coverage.
Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines by channel partners.
Regularly monitor dealer performance and provide actionable feedback.

Proven experience in EV or OEM industry.
Strong understanding of channel sales and dealer management.
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets consistently.
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and BTL activities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
5 to 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electric vehicle or two wheeler.
Strong understanding of EV manufacturing Industries, including technical aspects
