Sales Engineer – Centralised Lubrication Systems

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and technically skilled Sales Engineer to lead business development and marketing efforts for Centralised Lubrication Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and providing technical support and solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities for Lincoln lubrication systems.
* Meet with prospective customers, conduct product presentations, and understand client requirements.
* Provide technical consultation and support to customers regarding lubrication systems and solutions.
* Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Coordinate with the internal technical team for project execution and after-sales support.
* Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Key Requirements:
* Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
* Experience: 2-5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in lubrication systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, or capital equipment.
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain product features and benefits.
* Proven sales track record with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
* Ability to travel as required for client visits and site meetings.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred:
Prior experience with Lincoln or other lubrication systems is a strong advantage.
Existing network in industries like cement, steel, mining, construction, or heavy engineering sectors.
Remuneration:
