Job Title: Admin Factory Manager
Location: Factory at Hyderabad – Kathedan, Jalpally

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Admin Factory Manager to oversee our stainless steel fabrication unit. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end operations, interpreting architectural and interior 2D designs, and managing the fabrication, buffing, and coating teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the factory, specifically focusing on Stainless Steel Fabrication processes.

• Read, understand, and execute based on 2D architectural and interior design drawings.

• Supervise and ensure optimal productivity of the fabrication, buffing, and coating teams.

• Maintain a high standard of employee welfare, ensuring a safe, healthy, and positive working environment.

• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure designs are executed accurately.

• Oversee quality control to maintain industry standards.

• Manage manpower planning, attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure the availability and maintenance of tools, machinery, and raw materials required for fabrication work.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years preferred) in Stainless Steel Fabrication Management.

• Ability to read and interpret 2D design drawings accurately.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Good knowledge of buffing, coating, and surface finishing processes.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
