Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales and Marketing Team Lead with a strong background in Corporate Gifting to drive sales and marketing efforts in East India. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of corporate sales experience, including expertise in corporate gifting solutions, lead generation, client relationship management, and handling client visits inside and outside of West Bengal, particularly in Bihar, Assam, and Orissa.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Gifting Sales: Develop and implement strategies for driving corporate gifting sales in the East India region.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities specifically in the corporate gifting sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their gifting needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients both inside and outside West Bengal to understand their requirements and promote gifting solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop sales strategies to increase revenue from corporate gifting products and services across the region.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a sales and marketing team, ensuring high performance and achievement of goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the corporate gifting space to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, client engagement, and market insights to senior management.

Key Skills:

  • Corporate Gifting Expertise: Knowledge of the corporate gifting industry and experience in providing customized gifting solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to generate new business and expand corporate client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing and nurturing client relationships, particularly in the B2B sector.
  • Client Visits: Comfortable with frequent client visits to build strong business relationships.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Experience in formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with East India markets, particularly Bihar, Assam, and Orissa.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales, with specific experience in corporate gifting.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and client relationship management in the corporate gifting sector.
  • Ability to work and travel frequently within East India.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
